Our Story

Built in a banquet hall,
out of frustration.

ThermoLive exists because a problem that should have had a professional solution, did not.

A few years ago, we were helping organize a fundraising dinner for a local charity. The event was well-run, the cause was compelling, and the room was full of generous people. But when the fundraising appeal began, there was no way to show the room how donations were adding up in real time. The MC was calling out pledge amounts by memory. Volunteers were scribbling totals on paper. The energy in the room was good, but it had nowhere to go.

We looked for a professional solution. We expected to find something polished, purpose-built, and ready to deploy for a few hundred dollars. What we found instead were generic spreadsheet projections, DIY whiteboards, and enterprise software priced for stadium-scale events, none of it built for the kind of organization that runs a charity dinner in a rented hall with a team of volunteers and a cause worth fighting for.

So we built one.

"The moment a donation amount appeared on the projector screen and the room reacted, we knew we had found something real."

ThermoLive is a live fundraising thermometer platform designed specifically for non-profits, charities, Islamic centers, schools, and community organizations. It is the tool we wished existed when we were standing at the back of that banquet hall, watching a great fundraiser fall short of what it could have been.

Our belief is simple: the energy in a room builds when people can see progress together. A live display that climbs in real time, that celebrates each donation publicly, and that makes every pledge feel like a contribution to a shared goal, changes the dynamic of a room. It creates momentum. And momentum raises more money.

Our Mission

To bring professional-grade fundraising technology to the non-profit and NGO sector. The tools that large institutions take for granted should be accessible, affordable, and ready to use for any organization doing good work, regardless of size.

We are a small team with a specific focus: helping charities raise more, with less friction. Every feature we build, every decision we make, is guided by a single question: does this help a volunteer coordinator run a better event on a Friday night in a rented hall?

If you are organizing a fundraising event and you want your room to feel the same energy we felt the first time a thermometer filled a screen, we built this for you.
